Takeover Eligibility

Takeover eligibility is determined by a few basic qualifications, each listed below:

• You must have an active OutsiderIn account.
  • Your account must have a valid and working email.
  • Your account must be able to be logged into.
• You must be in good standing with OutsiderIn.
  • Users that have been blocked will not be allowed to do a takeover.
  • Users that have previously violated the Terms of Service may require an additional review before being allowed to takeover.
• You must have a valid reason to do a takeover.
  • You must be able to provide a plan for your takeover.
  • You may not pre-reserve a date, you must prove you are doing something.
  • Dates may not be claimed out of spite.

During your Takeover

During your takeover, you are subject to the following rules, in addition to our Terms of Service:

• Please stay in the OutsiderIn social media account that you booked. Do not try to access other OutsiderIn accounts.
• For your takeover, please use Stories only.
  • If you'd like to go live, please contact one of our team members for approval.
• Please do not share a note or message in our Broadcast Channels on our behalf.
  • You may only send a message in our Broadcast Channels if and only if you have a board for a show that we cover.
• Do not attempt to access confidential information. We are watching.
• Please focus on enjoying whatever you're seeing or going to. You are not a slave to us, nor your screen.
• Remember to have fun.
