User's Rights

The user has the following rights available to them as they access the services:

• Access to the posts or videos on the accounts.
• Ability to interact with the account operators within the confines of these terms.
• Ability to express themselves within the confines of these terms.
• Ability to share the content of the accounts within the confines of these terms.

User Restrictions and Responsibilities

The user is subject to the following restrictions and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for not breaching copyright law. Please credit the creator of the content you wish to share, do not copy without permission.
• You are responsible for keeping your language appropriate for the context. Foul language will be tolerated only in special use cases.
• You may not create an account in the name of an account from OutsiderIn.
• You may not copy a post or video from one of the accounts from OutsiderIn and claim it as yours.
• You may not post harmful content on behalf of or including OutsiderIn.
• You may not spread misinformation via OutsiderIn hosted platforms, or platforms OutsiderIn operates on.
• You may not attempt to circumvent any security or account blocks. This includes creating a new account or using an alternative account.

Violations of these Terms

The Account Protection and Limitation System

Violations of these terms are strongly discouraged. OutsiderIn uses a warning system to protect itself and its users, known as the Account Protection and Limitation System. For each infraction of the Terms of Service and its policies, you'll be given an explanation of how you violated these terms. Removing the content that violates these terms will not remove the warning. TheAccount Protection and Limitation System has a few terms that should be known.

Limited Account

Limited Accounts can't be in any Close Friends or exclusive access lists. Additionally, Limited Accounts can't access any stories or lives.

Restricted Account

Restricted Accounts have the same limitations as a Limited Account, but they also can't message the Account Family without approval or comment on anything the Account Family posts.

Suspended Account

Suspended Accounts temporarily can not access the Account Family in any capacity. This includes access to view posts, stories, live videos, and videos. Suspended Accounts can not message the Account Family at all.

Terminated Account

Terminated Accounts permanently can not access the Account Family in any capacity. This includes access to view posts, stories, live videos, and videos. Terminated Accounts can not message the Account Family at all.
